Narrative

An employee stood on a pallet in the trailer of a semi-truck. He was pulling the strap of the trailer door down when he slipped off the pallet and fell to the ground. His left rib area made contact with the edge of the trailer as he fell. The employee was hospitalized with three broken ribs and bruising.
