Narrative

Employees were pushing trash down into a dumpster to prepare the dumpster to be picked up. Employee 2 was using an excavator bucket to push down the trash. The injured employee was on the other side of the dumpster, pushing in a loose piece of trash, when his left hand was struck by the excavator bucket. His left ring finger was amputated.
