A crew was tasked with sectionally removing a pin oak tree. An employee was working aloft using an adjacent tree as a rigging point. The employee cut a section of the tree and the rigging point limb on the adjacent tree broke and struck them. They sustained two fractures to the right arm and two broken fingers.
