Narrative

An employee was installing cable services on the roof of a customer's pool house. He stepped onto a plastic panel that was being used as a skylight. The plastic panel broke, causing him to fall approximately 20 feet to a concrete surface. The employee sustained fractures to the right wrist, left hand, pelvis, hip, and ribs.
