Narrative

On September 20, 2023, at 8:00 AM, an employee was using a band saw to cut pipe when the saw malfunctioned. The employee was working to start the saw when a pulley grabbed their glove and pulled their right hand into the blade, amputating their little finger from the first knuckle up.
