Narrative

An employee was climbing down from a stack of 30-foot crane rails. The employee crossed over one rail and stepped onto a 4x4 placed between levels. The 4x4 broke, causing two 1,000-pound rails to fall and crush the employee's leg. They sustained a right leg fracture.
