Narrative

An employee was attaching a truss. He climbed onto a 2x6 girt nailed to columns approximately 3 feet off the ground. As he swung his leg over the second girt, the employee lost his footing and fell to the sand/gravel-covered ground below. The employee sustained a right leg fracture.
