Narrative

On October 3, 2023, an employee was offloading luggage from an aircraft. While moving baggage from the base of a belt loader to a baggage cart, the employee's hair became entangled in the belt of the loader, pulling the employee's head toward the moving belt. The employee's left ear was severed.
