Narrative

An employee was loading a trailer for next day deliveries using a rider pallet jack. On their way out of the trailer, their lower left leg/calf struck the prongs on a mobile dock plate that was stored in the trailer, resulting in a laceration. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery.
