Narrative

An employee was performing construction activities on a roof with a 6/12 pitch. They were holding one end of a chalk line when they stepped off the edge of the roof. The employee fell approximately 10 feet to the ground and landed on his back. The employee sustained fractures to the skull, multiple ribs, and the L1 vertebra, as well as bruises.
