Narrative

An employee was tying piano wire to measure and gauge the thickness of the wall pour/shoring needed. A rock weighing approximately 30 pounds was moved by a bulldozer. The rock struck the employee while they were inside the excavation. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to the head/skull.
