Narrative

On October 11, 2023, an employee was taking cardboard trash through the mall using the freight elevator. As the employee was reaching for the strap to pull the outer elevator door shut, her shoe became stuck in the space between the two doors, causing her to fall. The employee sustained a right knee fracture.
