Narrative

An employee was directing/guiding a loader operator to load bundles of lumber on a flatbed. The employee was standing on the first bundle that had been loaded. The second bundle struck the first bundle, breaking the strap/binding and causing the employee to fall to the ground. The employee sustained compression fractures to vertebrae and a fractured right ankle.
