Narrative

An employee was taping a roll of 22-gauge metal after rewinding the material on a leveler. The machine began operating and the employee's left hand got caught between the snubber and the material. Their ring, middle, and little fingers were fractured. The ring finger was crushed and the fingertip was amputated.
