Narrative

An employee was cleaning up after repairing a scraper pan. The controls for a truck's outrigger fell from the hook causing the outrigger to come out of the bumper region of the truck. The outrigger pinned the employee against the scraper. The employee sustained internal injuries to their right lower stomach area.
