Narrative

An employee was strapping the rear passenger tire of an SUV onto a car hauler in the #1 position (over the hood of the truck). The strap fell down and the employee went to grab it and fell approximately 8 feet to the parking lot surface. The employee sustained fractures to their L1 vertebra and left hip.
