Narrative

An employee was inspecting the head stock area of a horizontal boring machine during the testing stage of manufacturing. The employee slipped or misstepped while standing on the machine and fell approximately 2 feet, striking his head on the concrete floor. The employee sustained a brain bleed and was hospitalized.
