Narrative

On November 2, 2023, two employees were lowering an auger suspended by a crane when the strap broke; both employees were struck by the auger. One employee was hospitalized with a concussion and lacerations and the second employee was hospitalized with fractures, a concussion, and lacerations. The employees possibly sustained internal injuries as well.
