Narrative

An employee was operating a double pallet jack, and just finished setting down a pallet. As the employee was backing out of the pallet and began to turn. The forks struck the end of the pallet and the employee lost balance. Their foot became caught between the double jack and a warehouse rack resulting in a fractured ankle.
