Narrative

On December 19, 2023, an employee arrived on site to operate a pump truck. He went onto the deck to see the pumping location and fell off the deck. The employee was hospitalized with multiple lacerations and contusions, three fractured ribs on his left side, and two hairline fractures on the left side of his back.
