Narrative

An employee was sitting in the cab of his truck while waiting for a tipper to unhook his trailer from his truck. The tipper raised the trailer while it was still attached to the truck. The truck hinge point broke and the truck fell 15-20 feet while the employee was still in the cab. The employee sustained a punctured lung and two fractured ribs.
