Narrative

An employee was pulling a jack stand out from under a trailer. There was slush and snow on the ground and she slipped. She kept a hold of the jack stand so it wouldn't fall on her legs, but she fell to the ground and her left little finger was crushed under the jack stand, which resulted in an amputation.
