Narrative

An employee placed 12 foam logs, weighing about 15 pounds each, on top of a trash can. The employee then pulled the handle of the trash can to try and move it but the handle broke off causing the employee to fall and strike the log cradle and the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a broken hip.
