Narrative

On January 23, 2024, an employee was unloading freight from a rack inside of a trailer. The employee went to move a rack when freight slid off the rack and struck the employee in the right side of the face and jaw. The employee sustained a jaw fracture as well as cuts and abrasions to the face and ear.
