Narrative

An employee was exiting the cab of a tractor trailer. Their right knee struck the door locking mechanism. They rested for a moment, then stood back up to leave the cab. They then lost their balance and fell, landing on their back on the ground 51 inches below. The employee suffered five broken ribs and a laceration on the back of the head.
