Narrative

Two employees were in a powered industrial vehicle. The vehicle hit a patch of dirt while traveling from a warehouse to a satellite camp and struck a light post. Both employees suffered injuries to the lower extremities. One employee needed stitches in their knee and hip surgery; the other employee needed stitches in their leg and hip surgery.
