An employee was operating a compact track loader to load an auger. He was backing down the sloped ramp of the flatbed trailer when the compact loader flipped and the auger attachment struck him in the right side of his head. The employee was hospitalized with a fracture to the right side of the face; and injury to an eye, an ear, and their back.
