Narrative

An employee was installing metal decking on the leading edge of a second floor and fell approximately 17.5 feet to the ground. He sustained a fractured and dislocated shoulder, a fractured right femoral head, a right hip dislocation, a pelvic fracture, three broken ribs on the right side, and a fractured left wrist.
