Narrative

On March 3, 2024, at approximately 11:00 AM, an employee was moving planks from the seventh tier of a scaffold to the eighth tier, when they lost their footing and fell approximately 10 feet to the outrigger below resulting in a concussion and spine fracture requiring surgery.
