Narrative

On March 6, 2024, an employee was using a brush motor battery-operated drill to remove the fitting plate from inside a fuel cell using test fuel. The friction from the drill motor sparked the test fuel fumes causing a small fire that resulted in first and second degree burns to their right arm and face.
