Narrative

On March 12, 2024, an employee was placing a pallet in front of a loading dock while operating a reach truck. When he reversed the reach truck, his left foot and left hand became caught between the truck and the back of a pallet jack, resulting in lacerations to his hand and crush injuries to his foot.
