Narrative

An employee was grabbing a poly-styrene product with wax as it exited the die head of the extruder. As it came out, a gas bubble hit the die and burst, causing the plastic to spray him between the bottom of this face shield and the top of his jacket. This caused burns to the bottom front part of his neck.
