Narrative

An employee was on a trailer next to a jersey barrier to deliver bridge beams. The employee stepped from the trailer to the top of a jersey barrier, missed the barrier and fell over the bridge 15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a head laceration, a fractured finger, and C2-C3 vertebrae fractures.
