Narrative

An employee was standing on a step ladder and using an electric pole saw to cut a tree branch. The branch broke before it was fully cut, and swung toward the employee causing them to fall off the ladder. The employee sustained fractures to their left wrist and arm, right shoulder, and lumbar vertebrae as well as tears to their kidney and liver.
