Narrative

An employee was walking near a brake press. He tripped and fell, at which point the brake press (which was moving downward) pulled him in and trapped him against a machine. The employee sustained a fractured neck, collarbone, and shoulder blade, as well as 11 fractured ribs and pelvic fractures.
