Narrative

An employee was connecting railcars to loading hoses to load chemicals. He stepped out of the fall protection area to reach the loading arm when it slipped out of his hands and he lost balance and fell 12 feet to the ground. He fractured his sternum and ribs, and punctured both lungs.
