At about 3:00 p.m. on April 24, 2024, an employee was working on the roof of a new construction single-family residence with a roofing crew. The employee fell while crossing from one side of the roof to the other, landed on the ground, and was injured. The employee was hospitalized. Fall protection was not being worn at the time of the incident.
