Narrative

On May 10, 2024, an employee was feeding fiberglass into the mat line from a platform when it failed to feed and so they began to feed it in again. The employee's right hand was caught between the top and bottom roller on the mat line and sustained an avulsion injury as well as a wrist laceration.
