Narrative

An employee was cleaning and fixing a toilet that was clogged with two vape pens. The employee used a gel clog remover, flushed it with water 20 minutes later, and then used toilet cleaner for about two minutes. The employee breathed in fumes and was hospitalized with lactate acidosis.
