Narrative

On May 17, 2024, at approximately 8:55 a.m., an employee was working with a co-worker to reverse and forward-feed a metal-connected wood truss through a truss press when his right arm was caught between an outside roller table outfeed roller and the truss, resulting in a laceration and fracture. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
