Narrative

An employee finished concrete pumping operations at a jobsite. The employee disconnected the buckle between hoses. Pressure caused the pump buckle to come off and strike the employee in the face. The employee was hospitalized with a skull fracture, multiple facial fractures, and a facial laceration.
