Narrative

An employee was going down a ramp with a cart loaded with trash. A bag of trash fell off the cart. The employee attempted to catch the trash bag and fell approximately 18 inches off the dock to the ground. The employee sustained a broken wrist and a fractured hip along with a bump on the right eye.
