Narrative

An employee was attempting to assist a forklift operator who was moving metal countertop A-frames in the parking lot. While holding and assisting with turning the A-frame from top to bottom, a large A-frame dislodged from the forklift and fell on the employee, resulting in a severed right middle finger at the second knuckle and a broken right tibia.
