Narrative

An employee was beginning to wash off a large mobile crane in the wash bay. While standing on the deck of the machine, the employee hit their head/torso on the boom of the machine, causing them to lose their balance and fall to the ground below. The employee sustained a neck fracture, a laceration to the head and contusions to the head and face.
