Narrative

An employee was using a 30-inch saw cutter on a foundation wall when the wall shifted causing a bind on the blade. The blade jumped out of the vertical cut and struck the employee's right hand. The employee sustained lacerations to their hand and index and ring fingers. The employee was hospitalized and required 50-60 stitches and surgery for a tendon.
