Narrative

An employee was operating an electric pallet jack. He moved it into a pen for recharging and stepped down. The pallet jack, still moving, caught his right leg against a guardrail. He suffered two fractures to the right tibia: a tibial shaft fracture and a displaced tibial plateau fracture.
