Narrative

An employee was removing hot oil from a fryer. The employee was using a small plastic bucket to move oil from the fryer to a larger bucket. The oil melted through the bucket and spilled onto the employee's legs and feet causing first- and second-degree burns to both legs and feet. The employee was hospitalized.
