Narrative

An employee was operating the controls of a boom truck used to move concrete panels. As the employee was operating the outrigger lever to bring the legs in from the truck, he saw a hose that was going to get pinched by the legs. While grabbing the hose, his left thumb was pinched by the outrigger leg, resulting in a partial amputation.
