A team of employees were trying to stand steel beams up using a sliding choking chain for rigging. The injured employee was behind the beam. Once the beam was pulled up into a standing position, the employee stepped in to unhook the beam when it rocked as the hook came off, causing the beam to fall on their left leg. The employee suffered a broken leg.
