Narrative

An employee was training to operate the planer mill sorter. While standing on the upper catwalk he noticed that a bin was malfunctioning. As he was cleaning the photo eye, his left arm was caught on the framework of another bin as it was coming back to the up position, breaking and degloving his left forearm.
